Our Cancellation Policy:

We understand that travel plays an important role in our lives and our mission is to make hotel travel possible for all, and that becomes especially important during times of uncertainty. As such, Hotel Napa Suites is committed to ensuring its customers experience flexibility during these challenging times.

We have enhanced our cancellation policies as follows:

  • During this period we offer to refund the full amount or modifying reservations to further date than 4th June 2020.
  • Please note that any modification to existing reservations will be subject to availability and any rate difference.

Support & Cooperation
We have also adapted our cancellation policies providing additional flexibility to our guests:

  • Guests with “Flexible Rate” booking can make the cancellation directly on our website, or call Napa Suites (+357 23 819100), taking into consideration their booking cancellation policy.
  • Guests with non-refundable booking: please call (+357 23 819100) in order to exceptionally modify their reservations due to COVID-19.
  • Guests with a non-refundable booking can NOT cancel the reservation on our website: they must contact the hotel in order to exceptionally modify their reservations due to COVID-19.

Safety & Communication
Permanent communication with international and local health authorities as well as government institutions.

  • Permanent updates with guests and staff members.
  • Preventive measures for the cleaning of rooms and communal areas, following strict guidelines under the highest control during the closure period.
  • Specific procedures have been defined in the case of suspected or confirmed infection.
  • Total commitment to fulfill any regulations prioritizing your health and well-being.

Our Commitment to Cleanliness:

We want to personally assure you that our boutique hotel takes standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and is taking additional steps to ensure the safety of our guests and associates. Working in accordance with local and international authority advisories and protocols. We have intensified precautionary health measures at our properties, including briefing all employees on enhanced personal hygiene as well as the increased cleaning of all public areas and ventilation systems.
