Job Summary:
We are looking for talented Bartenders/Barmaids to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional beverage service, maintaining a well-stocked bar, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- To maintain all “mis en place” in the bar area to the defined standards.
- To be responsible for the cash floats given to unit in the cash transactions that occur over the bar during your shift.
- To be responsible for the security of the liquor/wines/beers/soft drinks at all times when on duty.
- To converse with guests regarding drinks lists, specials and other matters.
- To answer the telephone, greet and seat all guests and take orders and reservations.
- To check all requisitions and put them in the allotted place as soon as they are checked.
- Maximizes beverage sales and actively promote beverages by making personal recommendations.
- Be responsible for the presentation of menu cards, tent cards and any other merchandising displays.
Requirements:
- Previous bartending experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of beverages and mixology.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
