Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Clean food preparation areas as per company and legal standards.
- Prepare food according to guest specifications and dietary needs.
- Manage kitchen staff and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Liaise with front-of-house staff to ensure food is served at the right temperature.
- Season and prepare food according to recipes or company standards.
- Order ingredients, spices, and supplies as needed.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, and mixers.
- Portion, arrange, and garnish food based on guest preferences.
- Assist in food assembly and recipe creation.
- Estimate food consumption and prepare accordingly.
- Keep records of food purchases and inventory.
- Develop new recipes and contribute to specials or menu items.
- Meet with customers to ensure a great dining experience.
- Clean up after service and ensure kitchen is ready for the next day.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or cooking role.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment.
