Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and guest-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, and ensure a smooth and memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests upon arrival and manage check-ins/check-outs with attention to detail.
  • Provide an extraordinary guest experience by proactively serving beyond the front desk.
  • Handle cash floats and manage transactions during shifts.
  • Manage internal reservations for sunbeds, cabanas, and special events.
  • Offer Front Office guest services, including customized check-ins/outs and promoting hotel events.
  • Address and follow up on guest queries, logging them in the departmental log-book.
  • Adhere to Napa Suites’ and New Hotel’s Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Perform administrative duties related to the Front Office as per company guidelines.
  • Hand over shifts and communicate ongoing matters to the team.
  • Inform senior management if guest credit balances exceed limits.
  • Assist guests with restaurant, nightclub, and excursion bookings.
  • Support transportation arrangements for guests.
  • Offer friendly, professional, and efficient service at all times.
  • Undertake other tasks as reasonably expected within Napa Suites and New Hotel.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
