Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and guest-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, and ensure a smooth and memorable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests upon arrival and manage check-ins/check-outs with attention to detail.
- Provide an extraordinary guest experience by proactively serving beyond the front desk.
- Handle cash floats and manage transactions during shifts.
- Manage internal reservations for sunbeds, cabanas, and special events.
- Offer Front Office guest services, including customized check-ins/outs and promoting hotel events.
- Address and follow up on guest queries, logging them in the departmental log-book.
- Adhere to Napa Suites’ and New Hotel’s Standard Operating Procedures.
- Perform administrative duties related to the Front Office as per company guidelines.
- Hand over shifts and communicate ongoing matters to the team.
- Inform senior management if guest credit balances exceed limits.
- Assist guests with restaurant, nightclub, and excursion bookings.
- Support transportation arrangements for guests.
- Offer friendly, professional, and efficient service at all times.
- Undertake other tasks as reasonably expected within Napa Suites and New Hotel.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
