Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and attentive Guest Relations team member to enhance the guest experience. The ideal candidate will ensure that all guests receive exceptional service, handle guest inquiries and concerns, and assist in making their stay memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage with guests to ensure a positive experience.
  • Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Proactively offer services to guests to enhance their overall experience.
  • Ensure guests are informed about hotel amenities, services, and special offers.
  • Handle reservations and provide personalized services tailored to guest preferences.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain a strong presence in the hotel, addressing guest needs in various areas.
  • Monitor guest feedback and address any issues promptly.
  • Assist in organizing guest events, activities, and special arrangements.
  • Ensure that all guest information is handled with confidentiality and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in guest relations, customer service, or hospitality.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
