Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and guest-focused Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service, manage guest check-ins/check-outs, handle reservations, and ensure a smooth operational flow for all Front Office activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and manage check-ins/check-outs with attention to detail.
- Provide an extraordinary guest experience by proactively serving beyond the front desk.
- Handle cash floats and manage all transactions during shifts.
- Manage internal reservations for sunbeds, cabanas, and special events.
- Provide Front Office services, such as customized check-ins/outs and informing guests about hotel technology and events.
- Address and follow up on guest queries, logging them in the departmental log-book.
- Adhere to Napa Suites’ Standard and New Hotel’s Operating Procedures.
- Perform administrative duties as per the Policies and Procedures manual.
- Ensure a smooth shift handover and communicate ongoing matters to the team.
- Inform senior management if a guest’s credit balance exceeds the limit.
- Assist guests with restaurant, nightclub, and excursion reservations.
- Provide transportation assistance for guests as needed.
- Offer professional, friendly, and efficient service at all times.
- Perform any other duties as reasonably requested within Napa Suites and New Hotel.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
