Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented Waiters/Waitresses to join our team. The ideal candidates will provide excellent customer service, maintain cleanliness, and ensure a smooth dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables.
- To be responsible for stocking and maintaining adequate supplies at all times.
- To adhere to all brand standards and quality service standards.
- To converse with guests regarding menu, specials, and other matters.
- To greet and seat guests and take orders and reservations.
- To give a fast, friendly, and enthusiastic service.
- To have a proactive and enthusiastic view towards sales.
- To maintain all mis en place in the assigned areas to the defined standards.
- To follow the opening, service and closing procedures as instructed and indicated in the units’ operational manual.
- To clean to a high degree of hygiene any assigned areas.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
